Hege Lise has more than 25 years of experience in executive search. She has been a partner at Boyden Global Executive Search, worked at Bjerke & Luther, and previously served as CEO of Esprit’s retail chain in Norway.
She holds a Master of Science (Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Mie works primarily with executive search, combining a strong understanding of people, leadership and high-performance environments, with over 10 years of international experience from elite sports.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a profession in pedagogy.

Tobias is Managing Partner at Kingbird, bringing more than a decade of experience in executive search and leadership recruitment.
His background includes senior consulting and partner roles at leading executive search firms, with experience across a broad range of industries and Nordic markets.
He combines extensive industry knowledge and professional networks with a highly personal, hands-on approach to executive search.
Head of Performance Development
Sondre leads Kingbird’s Performance Development practice, bringing more than 15 years of experience in performance psychology, leadership development and executive coaching.
He has worked extensively with executives, leadership teams, elite athletes and specialists across business, elite sports and other demanding performance environments.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and a Master of Science in Strategic Communication.

Haaken has more than eight years of experience in executive search and recruitment in Norway and internationally, including leadership assessments and Human Due Diligence in M&A.
At Kingbird, he focuses on owner- and investor-led businesses, healthcare, technology and infrastructure, combining search expertise with AI-enhanced market mapping.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is completing an Executive MBA at NHH.
